East Central Electric Cooperative is committed to serving its members and communities and is aware of the impact that COVID-19 may have on them.
Following recent events, East Central will be temporarily suspending disconnects for our residential members directly affected by COVID-19. This will be on a case by case basis and members will need to request this service. We will re-evaluate this temporary suspension on a weekly basis. As a reminder, members are still responsible for the full payment of their electric bill. Those who have been displaced, experienced a lay-off, etc. should contact the cooperative to discuss options.
As always, if at any time a member is experiencing difficulty paying their bill, we encourage them to contact our office during normal business hours at 918-756-0833. We will be glad to work with you.
